Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard ground shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time.
When do you roast? Ship?
We roast on Wednesdays and ship on Thursdays - orders placed by 3pm Eastern Time Wednesday in a given week will be shipped that Thursday, excluding certain holidays. Orders placed after the 3pm cutoff will ship the following week. If a holiday results in a USPS closure on Thursday, we will adjust our schedule one day earlier to provide shipments that week. Please order accordingly.
Can I choose a future ship date?
We cannot schedule future orders at this time, however, we do offer subscriptions that arrive on a recurring basis and can be paused or cancelled anytime.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Changes and cancellations may be possible for unfulfilled orders, contact support as soon as possible. We are not able to cancel or modify an order once it has been fulfilled so please be certain details such as delivery address, order quantities, and billing information are accurate. If you experience any issue, please contact support.
What kind of coffees do you have?
Standard Coffees – Most of our offerings fall in the standard category. They may be blends or single-origins and are available year-round. Being an agricultural product, individual coffee components are subject to change with availability and to prioritize freshness, however, we carefully choose each one to deliver a consistent flavor profile every time you order. Limited Release Coffees – Designated as Manor House Reserve, these single-origin coffees may come from anywhere in the world but are sourced from a specific farm or cooperative or some other homogeneous site or community that preserves their distinctive qualities. They are standout selections with limited availability.
What kind of roasts do you have?
We roast most coffees in a light to medium range. The Hessian, as well as some elements of Ichabod (espresso), is roasted darker but never burnt.
Can I get my coffee pre-ground?
We ship only whole bean coffee to ensure maximum freshness. This also allows you to choose the grind level that best suits your specific needs.
How do I set up a subscription?
Simply choose a subscription option for any of our standard coffees, add it to your cart and complete the purchase. The first subscription order will ship on the next available non-holiday Thursday. Subsequent orders will be automatically billed and shipped on your chosen schedule. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time.
What is your return policy?
Our freshly roasted coffee is a specialty food product; we do not accept returns. If you feel there is any issue with your coffee, please contact support. Hard goods like coffee mugs may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be received in good condition in original packaging to obtain a refund.
