Espresso

Our first taste of espresso in Italy was an awakening. The initial wash of sweetness giving way to tree nut notes while intense bakers’ chocolate buoyed the overall flavor, all complimented by its thick, smooth mouthfeel. To recreate this experience, we bring together coffee from three origins, including a hint of robusta to boost the flavor (and the caffeine.) And rather than roast them together, we created two profiles - one medium, one dark – and blend them in a precise ratio to achieve our version of this timeless classic.
