Mokha Java
The Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow has stood for centuries, holding services to this day. Similarly timeless, Mokha Java is possibly the world’s first coffee blend, said to have originated on ships of the Dutch East India Company taking on beans from Java in Indonesia and at the port of Mokha in Yemen before carrying them back to be enjoyed in Europe. We consider ours a true Mokha Java, with beans sourced from Java and Yemen. Medium-bodied and slightly acidic with bright, winey flavors.
