Sugar Cane Decaf
We are pleasantly surprised by the full flavor of this Colombian decaf produced in Cauca using the EA process. Along with sweetness, light florals and simply good coffee flavor, there is a nice body that belies its status as decaffeinated. As we like to say, it’s a decaf to be enjoyed, not endured.
Note: Of course Rip Van Winkle is not part of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", but as a contemporary character in the Hudson Valley imagined by the same celebrated author, we'll assert some creative license.
